The Forge Master
Guided by faith and the spirit of the Protectors, Alexis Collard—the Master of the Forge—moved beyond the routine of a standard salon to forge a different path. To her, grooming isn't just a job—it's a mission to restore the comfort and confidence of every hero that walks through the door.

The Princess
Lilian Aster ("Lily")
Lily is our resident Pomeranian and the official gatekeeper. Whether she's lounging in her throne by the corner, or loudly voicing her opinion of a puppy's wiggly enthusiasm—she constantly proves that true legends come in small, fluffy packages. She's the real boss—Kyro just hasn't realized it yet.
Lily: "Welcome to my Forge. No, you aren't allowed to touch the royal fluff. I have a lot of opinions—most of them involve why you haven't given me a treat yet. Yes, I accept tribute."
The Energy: Endlessly happy and perpetually fluffy. 90% cloud, 10% zoomies, 100% Narmo's best friend.
The Mission: Nap-time management and making sure every pup is treated like a princess—complete with sparkly bows and royal biscuits.
The Sentinel (Director of Non-Operations)
Richie (A.K.A 'Kitty Kat')
He doesn't do baths. He doesn't do cuts. And he certainly doesn't do mornings. This is Richie. He ensures the home base remains secure while the team is in the field—and he strictly enforces a "no other cats" policy at the shop.
The Energy: Silent, calculating, and 100% unimpressed."
The Mission: High-level remote supervision and reminding everyone that while the dogs are here to be 'forged', he was born perfect.
Kyro's Take: Finally, a professional. He doesn't bark or wag, and he knows exactly how to look at a puppy to make it question its life choices. 10/10 stars. Besides, we both have to deal with an annoying sibling with way too much energy for their own good.

Narmo (A.K.A "Sparky")
Master of the Flame & Lead Motivator
Narmo is the silent heart of the Forge. He brings the warmth and the power, ensuring every dog feels secure and leaves with a radiant, high-energy glow.
The Energy: Brave, warm, and endlessly energetic. While he doesn't use words to communicate, his presence melts away every dog's nerves. He is the anchor of the Forge—fearless in the face of the biggest bubbles.
The Mission: He oversees the fire side of the Forge. He's in charge of the high-velocity blow-out and making sure every pup feels like a brave hero after their bath.
Kyro's Take: Yeah, yeah. Sparky's my older brother (still up for debate) which means I spent my entire life watching him run head-first into walls. He's 100% reckless and 200% sure he's saving the world right now. Whatever. He's just lucky I'm here to keep the Forge from actually catching fire.

Director of Quality Control & Undercoat Specialist
Kyro is... well, Kyro. High standards, zero filter. He personally audits every service on our menu to make sure it meets his expectations. If you see a sassy comment on our site (or 20), that's just Kyro adding his feisty shadow touch (he was probably bored). He's hard to impress, but that's why your dog will look better than ever.
The Energy: Aggressive, sassy, & famously hard to please. Kyro has impossibly high standards and a sassy 'bored teenager' attitude towards anything less than perfection (basically everything).
The Mission: He handles the shadow logic. Expert on deep undercoat shed control (the dark stuff) and final inspections. He makes sure every dog looks like an 'alpha wolf' before they leave (or at least meets his 9/10 criteria).
Kyro's Take: Yeah, yeah. A bio? Really? I'm giving this introduction a 6/10. It's fine. At least they've been warned that the shadow bites. Just tell them I'm the one in charge and if their dog's paws aren't perfect when we're done, I'm going to have something to say about it.

Operating entirely behind the scenes, our silent partner specializes in high-efficiency personal protection. He doesn't take grooming appointments, he doesn't speak, and he never breaks his focus—traveling wherever the Forge Master goes to ensure constant safety. If you think you saw a quiet figure guarding the perimeter in a dark tactical suit... no you didn't.
The Energy: Silent, mysterious, and 100% focused.
The Mission: To ensure the Forge Master can focus entirely on creating legendary trims without any disruptions.
Kyro's Take: Finally, someone who doesn't make a sound and stays completely out of my way. Easily the most efficient employee in this entire place.
